Spotlessly clean enchanting accommodation with magnificent location close to the airport and welcoming staff. The rooms with weights and individual unique decorations, for instance.

Enchanting hotel, it has reasonably priced restaurant and excellent location to a shopping mall which makes it very convenient. The employees are amazingly great. The breakfast is savoury and tasty, includes a wide array of meals. The service is top-notch, includes free parking. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Spectacular service. During our stay, we experienced exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made us feel truly valued as guests. From the knowledgeable bar staff to the attentive spa personnel, every member of the team made our stay memorable. We were impressed by the top-notch service provided by Marina, the hotel account manager, who went out of her way to make sure we had a seamless experience. The hotel is nice, staff very eficient and speak good English. There is a nice night club with good music in the 4th floor.

My room was a bit small and next to the elevator. Bathrooms are clean but need refreshment. Beside the most known national spirit and beer there was no other alcohol in the fridge. There was not breakfast in the quite high price. I would recomend this hotel for those who have to stay next to the WTC and if there is a good DJ in the club at 4th floor.

The room was very nice indeed. Bathroom was spacious and well decorated. Lush carpet throughout, and an extremely comfortable bed, with an excellent view. Most staff were extremely friendly.

We arrived at the hotel on saturday looking to relax by the pool, and this was constantly disturbed by an endless stream of labourers moving through the pool area preparing the night club for an evet that evening. (No trade entrance???) my girlfriend couldn't even swim. The hotel dining room is limited and is vaguely seperated from the hotel reception area. We were also made to wait for a long time before recieving any attention at the reception desk relating to queries. We were also expecting to use the Club A nightclub, but were told it was closed for a private function, very dissappointing.

The hotel was centrally located and very convenient to transportation, including a direct link to a nearby shopping center with various restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent.

Location : the hotel was next to Sao Paulo, Brooklin Novo, a "auto repair "shop, and the Italian restaurants. Tasty and great breakfast ; recommended.

My Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the complementary snacks and drinks were a nice touch that made me feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to get a great night's sleep.

I was disappointed that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Additionally, the gym was quite small and limited in terms of equipment.

While everything about this hotel is top-notch, I did encounter a minor issue with the in-room breakfast. Although the restaurant provided a great spread, the coffee was not offered by the server, and I had to get up every morning to prepare it myself.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in Brazil's largest city and enjoyed two complimentary drinks. The location was great and just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool was lovely and offered a nice view of the city skyline.

There was construction during my stay which led to noise at night. The hotel staff were not quick to respond to issues and overall service was lacking.

We loved the diverse amenities and activities offered at the Sheraton. As karaoke and casino enthusiasts, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a fantastic karaoke room and a lively casino for us to enjoy during our stay.
